Delete your account & data

From the app

Open Cloudilx (web or mobile) → Account → Settings → Security → Delete account. We email you a confirmation link; once you tap it, your account is deleted.

What gets deleted

All your files, folders, previous versions, share links, profile data, sessions and connected-app grants — immediately and permanently.

We keep only invoice records (amount and date) for the period required by accounting law, without any files.

Without app access

Email privacy@cloudilx.com from your account’s email address with the subject “Account deletion request”; we complete it within 7 days.
