Can you see my files?
Your files are fully encrypted and spread across independent nodes — none of them ever holds a whole file. Our team doesn’t open your files and we never sell your data.
What if a server goes down?
Nothing you’d notice. Each file is split into 80 redundant pieces and any 29 can rebuild it, so it stays available even if hundreds of nodes go offline.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or cancel anytime from Settings; your subscription runs until the end of the paid period.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes — Cloudilx is on iPhone and Android, plus the web app at app.cloudilx.com.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards via Stripe and Tap (including mada and Apple Pay) and PayPal. All prices are in US dollars.
