Data we collect

Account data: name, email and password (stored as a one-way hash), or your Google or Apple account identifier when you sign in with them.

Files you upload and their metadata (name, size, type, dates). Files are stored encrypted and distributed across independent nodes.

Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, for security and abuse prevention.

Payment data is processed directly by our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal and Tap); we never store card numbers.

How we use it

To provide the service, secure your account, send essential emails (verification, password reset, invoices) and improve the product with aggregated analytics.

We do not sell your data or scan your file contents for advertising.

Cookies

The website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics only after you consent (Consent Mode). You can change your choice by clearing site data in your browser.

Third-party apps

If you connect a third-party app via OAuth it only gets the scopes you approved; you can revoke access anytime in Settings.

Your rights

You can download your files, edit your data and permanently delete your account at any time. Contact: privacy@cloudilx.com
